Mrs McMike is also a debris magnet. I have no idea how she does it.

You can plug that no problem. Annoying as hell though.

back when I was a shop monkey I had someone come in asking if I could fix a tire. it had a screwdriver ( the whole thing ) stuck in it.

I did. I bought a pack of 15 plugs a year or two ago because I get so many flats and I only had a couple left. Used number 5 out of the pack of 15 today. The smaller screw didn't actually puncture from what I could tell but it did put a little divot in the tire.

I must be related to your wife. My gf’s dad is the only person who drives more than me that I know personally and he never gets flats. Mine are mostly screws or nails. There was one summer I picked up a bunch of roofing nails because everyone was getting their roofs redone. Only had to pay for a patch once because I picked up some piece of metal that sliced it a little.

I plugged it. If the plug fails I'll try again. If it fails again I'll get it patched. I've only had to redo a plug once.

I bought my car in September 2014 and I've put almost 70,000 miles on it. Either way, I envy you.

I feel like it some days.

I've done so much driving in the name of love. I'm glad you're happy.

I feel your pain. There was a time in my life where it seemed I was getting something stuck in a tire at least once a month. The patches and plugs were becoming structural. But that time passed, and so shall yours.

My gift has been around for years. I used to carry around a different jack so uncoils do changes faster than with the one that comes with the car.
